NIPHM Recruitment 2025 – The National Institute of Plant Health Management has released the job notification for the Lab Attendant/Multi-Tasking Staff posts. There are four openings available for these posts. Candidates with 10th/ITI/Diploma qualifications can apply for NIPHM Careers. Detailed Eligibility – NIPHM Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Lab Attendant (Category I, II& III) – Group C:
- Essential – Category I: Matriculation or Equivalent pass with Certificate in Vocational (Crop Production) from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or recognised Institute / University.
- Essential – Category II: Matriculation or Equivalent pass with certificate in Soil Testing & Crop Technician trade from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or any other recognised institute.
- Essential – Category III: Matriculation or Equivalent pass with certificate in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) trade from a recognised Industrial Training Institute or any other recognised
Note: The duration of the above ITI/Vocational course/should be of at least one year or above.
Multi-Tasking Staff (Category – II) – Group C:
- Pass in Matriculation or Equivalent
- Diploma in horticulture from a recognised University of at least one year or above.
Age Limit (As on 02 June 2025):
- Lab Attendant: 18 to 27 years
- Multi-Tasking Staff: 18 to 27 years
Age Relaxation:
- Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe: 5 years against reserved posts only.
- OBCs: 3 years against reserved posts only.
- PwBD with minimum 40% disability: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBCs) in case of direct recruitment.
- Central Govt. employees/NIPHM employees: Up to 5 Years (as per GOI norms) (10 years for persons belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and 8 years for persons belonging to OBCs in respect of the posts reserved for them)
- Ex-servicemen or any other category: As per Government of India norms.

Salary Details:
- Lab Attendant: Rs. 18,000/- to 56,900/- (Level 1)
- Multi Tasking Staff: Rs. 18,000/- to 56,900/- (Level 1)
Selection Process of NIPHM Jobs:
- The selection process will be based on a Written Test (100 Marks) and Skill Test (50 Marks)
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the information provided by them in their applications
- The qualifying percentage for the Written Test will be 40% wherever applicable.
- The skill test will be in a qualifying in nature.
- The qualifying percentage for the skill test would be 45%

- For Others: Rs. 295/-
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women are exempted from payment of such an application fee
