Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Field Engineer (Civil):
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- At least (1-2) years of experience in preparing estimates, maintaining measurement books, billing, civil works-related reporting, Microsoft & Google suites, etc.
- Good knowledge of billing process, measurement books, site measurement, etc. Experience in monitoring, inspection, and site management.
- Fluent in English and local languages (Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo).
- Good command of Computer Programs and Applications including civil engineering-related software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel and stay frequently at the project sites and villages.
Community Field Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, and Social Work.
- At least 2 years of community-based experience with added experience in project coordination or management with rural communities, preferably in the health sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of community health systems, and community mobilization.
- Fluency in local languages (Khasi, Jaintia, and Garo) and good knowledge of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary:
- Field Engineer (Civil): Rs 25,000/-
- Community Field Coordinator: Rs 20,000/-

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Written Test/Interview.
