NHDC invites applications for Executive Director (Commercial)/Chief Manager (Commercial)/Management Trainee (Technical – Commercial)/Assistant Manager (F&A)/ General Manager (Commercial)/Company Secretary/Management Trainee (F&A)/DGM (HR)/DGM (Commercial) posts. The age limit of the candidates should be 25 – 50 Years. The selected candidates will be given a pay scale of Rs 27,000 – 2,80,000/-as a monthly salary. Educational Qualification:

Executive Director (Commercial):

Essential: Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a University recognized by UGC/ Institution recognized by AICTE with MBA in Marketing (Full-time two years).
Desirable: Advanced training in modern management techniques.
Working knowledge of computer like ERP, E- Office, MS-Office Packages, Usage of Internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 20 years’ experience

Chief Manager (Commercial):

Essential: Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from an university recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical education. Or, degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology from an university recognized by University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education
Desirable: Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing & Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, ERP, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 14 yrs.

Management Trainee (Technical – Commercial):

Essential: The incumbent must be 10th pass with a Diploma in Handloom Technology/ Textile Technology/ Textile Chemistry/ Chemical technology (Full-time for three years).
Desirable: Working knowledge of computer like MS-Office Packages, Usage of Internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Fresher

Assistant Manager (F&A):

Essential: Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA with specialization in Finance (Full-time two years) from a university recognized by University Grant Commission / Institution recognized by AICTE or CA/ICWA(CMA)-Inter. OR,
M.Com/B. Com from an university recognized by University Grants Commission.
Desirable: Working knowledge of computer like ERP, MS office, Accounting Packages, usages of Internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 yrs.

General Manager (Commercial):

Essential: Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education.
Desirable: Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing AND Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.

Company Secretary:

Essential: Associate Company Secretary-ship/ Fellow Company Secretary-ship.
Desirable: Degree in Law specialising in Corporate Laws OR CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of computers like ERP, MS Office, Accounting Packages, usages of Internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 08 yrs.

Management Trainee (F&A):

Essential: The incumbent must be a Graduate with an MBA in Finance (Full-time for two years) from a University recognized by UGC / Institution recognized by AICTE.

DGM (HR):

Essential: Master of Business Administration specialising in Personnel Mgt. or HR / Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt. / Master of Personnel Mgt./Master of Social Work (MSW) from an university recognized by University Grants Commission.
Desirable: Degree in Law and Working knowledge of computer like MS Office, usage of internet etc. will be preferred.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 16 yrs.

DGM (Commercial):

Essential: Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or All India Council of Technical Education. Or,
Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission or All India Council for Technical Education.
Desirable: Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing AND Working knowledge of computer like MS-Office, Usage of Internet etc. will be preferred.

Age Relaxation:

Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen shall be as per Govt. directives.
Departmental Candidates with requisite qualification & experience working in the next lower scale will only be considered. In such cases internal candidates shall be given age relaxation of 5 years over the prescribed age limit, however this benefit shall be applicable only to those employees who are in service of corporation since last 03 yrs.

Selection Process of NHDC Jobs:

Selection shall be made through Interviews for Executive Director (Commercial)/General Manager (Commercial)/DGM (Commercial)/Chief Manager (Commercial)/Company Secretary/DGM (HR Posts.
For Management Trainee (Technical – Commercial)/Assistant Manager (F&A)/Management Trainee (F&A) written exams and group discussions will be conducted, which will be held at NHDC LTD, Registered & Corporate Office – Noida only.
NHDC reserves the right to shortlist the candidates based on the nature of past relevant experience, acquired post, and prescribed qualification.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed of an interview through e-mail only.
