Detailed Eligibility – NGEL Careers:

Educational Qualification:

Engineer:



RE-Civil:



  • B.E/B. Tech Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in geotech / piling / foundation / structural steel / tower structures / switch yard etc.
    • Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

RE-Electrical:

  • B.E/B. Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University /Institution.
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum of 03 years post-qualification experience in switchyard / electrical testing/ transmission system/ transformer.
    • Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

RE-Mechanical:

  • B.E/B. Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree.
  • Experience: 
    • Minimum 03 years post qualification industry experience with involvement in supervision/execution in hazardous locations.
    • Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.

RE-CDM:

  • Graduate Engineering degree in any discipline or Master’s in Environment Science/Environment Engineering/Environment Management from a recognized university/Institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-year post-qualification experience in the field of consulting in one or more of the following areas:
    • Registration and verification under GHG reduction programs, Emission Trading, carbon neutrality, climate change and sustainability, and developing a decarbonisation strategy for energy/power.

RE-IT:

  • B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum three years of experience with communication and networking devices like LAN, WAN, Switches, Telephone Exchange, audio/visual systems, database administrator, web designing, and handling servers, PCs, printers and other IT hardware.

Executive:

RE-HR:

  • Graduates with atleast two years of full-time post-graduate degree/ post-graduate diploma/Post Graduate program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Master in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in HR functions/ Industrial Relations. Candidates with SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics knowledge will be preferred.

RE-Finance:

  • Qualified CA/CMA
  • Experience: Minimum 01 Year post qualification experience (excluding article ship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts

RE-Corporate Communication:

  • Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Journalism/Advertisement & Public Relations/Mass Communication with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience working in a Govt/ PSU/Private company of repute in the relevant area. Should have handled Corporate Communication/Public Relations should know about advertisement/media, audio-visual publicity, and manage media coverage.

Age Limit (As on 13 April 2024): 

  • Engineer (RE-CDM) – 32 years
  • For other posts – 30 years

Age Relaxation: 

  • SC/ST candidates – 5 years
  • OBC candidates – 3 years
  • PwBD candidates – 10 years
  • Domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89. – 5 years
  • ExServiceman – as per Govt. guidelines.

Salary Details: 

  • Approximate total remuneration, including fixed
    and variable components will be Rs 83,000/-

Selection Process for NGEL Careers:

  • The selection process will be made by two stages (Online written test and interview)
  • The online written test will be held in Delhi/Noida
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews.

Note:

  • The candidate should have sound health. Before joining, candidates must undergo a medical examination at any of the specified govt. Hospitals and the decision will be final and binding.
  • No relaxation in health standards is allowed.
  • The posting shall be at any of NGEL’s Stations/ Projects/ JVs/ Subsidiaries.
