Customer Experience:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of customer support experience with proficiency in English and Hindi; additional fluency in regional languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM and Inbound/Chat/Email tools.
- Flexible availability for rotational rosters, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to provide extended support during business requirements and meet SLAs.
- Comfortable working across different channels such as Chat, Inbound Calls, and Email.

- Provide multi-channel customer support for Navi’s products, ensuring privacy and professionalism.
- Educate customers about Navi’s products and services.
