Detailed Eligibility – National Chemical Laboratory Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Secretariat Assistant (General/Stores & Purchase/Finance & Accounts):
- 10+2/XIIth or its equivalent and proficiency in computer typing speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
Age limit (05 May 2025): 28 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years after deduction of actual military service from the age as on the closing date of application
- Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and not remarried (UR/OBC): Up to 35 years of age
- Widows/Divorced Women/Women judicially separated and not remarried (SC/ST): Up to 40 years of age
- CSIR Departmental Candidates: No age limit, provided the candidate possesses the prescribed essential qualification

Selection Process of CSIR NCL Recruitment:
- The selection process will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before the Selection Committee for an online interview.
- For online interviews, a URL link will be provided to the shortlisted candidate later via email on or before 16 December 2024.
- Interviews will be conducted online through a suitable medium such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx etc.
