Educational Qualification:
Project Executive:
Essential:
- PGDM โ Agribusiness/PGDABM/MBA in Agribusiness/MBA (working knowledge in agriculture).
- Working experience of a minimum 2 years in FPOs and startup ecosystems.
- Candidate should be fluent in reading, writing and speaking of Telugu language.
Desirable:ย Strong communication and networking skills, experience in handholding the FPOs, knowledge of credit and market linkages, organizing buyer-seller meet, knowledge of agri supply and value chain
Duration:ย The duration of the contractual engagement is for one year or a co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.
Project Associate:
- Essential:ย Any graduate in agri/horti/fisheries with fluent in reading, writing and speaking in Telugu language with two yearsโ experience.
- Desirable:ย Work experience with FPOs will be given preference.
Duration:ย The duration of the contractual engagement is six months or a co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.
Salary Details:ย
- Project Executive:ย Rs. 35,000/-ย
- Project Associate:ย Rs. 25,000/-
