About NAARM: The National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM) was established by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) at Hyderabad in 1976 to address issues related to agricultural research and education management. In the initial years, the Academy primarily imparted foundation training to the new entrants of the Agricultural Research Service of ICAR. Subsequently, its role expanded to include research, capacity building of senior national and international NARS professionals in agricultural research and education management, and policy and consultancy support to NARS.

Detailed Eligibility – NAARM Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Project Title: “Rural Technology Action Group (RuTAG) 2.0
Senior Research Fellow:
- M.Sc (Agriculture) with specialization in Agricultural Extension / Agricultural Economics / Agricultural Management / Agricultural Engineering with 4 years Bachelor’s degree
- Desirable Qualification: Experience of working with farmers and grass root innovations, knowledge in Computer Application, Data Entry, Analysis; interpretation of results, report writing
Duration: Upto 30th September, 2026 or till termination of the project whichever is earlier
Age Limit (As on 05 September 2024): Men 35 years & Women 40 years
Age relaxation: The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC / ST/ OBC/ Divyang / PH / Ex-Servicemen as per Govt.of India rules
Salary Details:
- Rs.31,000/- per month + HRA 1 st & 2nd Year &
- Rs.35,000/- per month + HRA for 3rd year (on the basis of recommendation of PI & Performance of the Fellow)
