Educational Qualifications:
Quality Control Trainees:
- Essential: Master of Fisheries Science /Master’s degree in industrial Fisheries/Aquaculture from a recognized university.
- Desirable: Candidates having specialization in Fish Processing Technology/Quality Assurance/Industrial Fisheries/Proficiency in MS Office.
- Duration: One year
Responsibilities: The trainees will assist the respective office in Quality Control related works that includes helping seafood processing and handling establishments in HACCP implementation & quality monitoring, impart Sanitation training programmes, verify the seafood processing establishments under the respective field office and suggest corrective actions in quality control and traceability.
Note: Preference will be given to those who know HSCCP implementation in seafood processing establishments.
Traing Locations: Bhimavaram, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Porbandar, Tuticorin, Veraval, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam
