Detailed Eligibility:
Jr Business Analyst/Project Analyst:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA (Information Systems preferred)
- Experience: 0–1 Years
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT concepts or ITIL is a plus
- Good in documentation and MS Excel/PowerPoint
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Support the creation of process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Help develop user stories and maintain the product backlog in Jira
- Track project status, maintain logs, and help in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
- Work closely with the technical team to understand feasibility of business requirements
- Perform basic data analysis and prepare reports in Excel and PowerPoint
- Support UAT coordination and basic testing documentation
- Update change logs, follow up on actions, and maintain team documentation
