KMML Recruitment-Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Executive Trainee (Mechanical):

  • B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Executive Trainee (Electrical):

  • B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks

Executive Trainee (Instrumentation):

  • B.Tech degree in instrumentation or Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Personnel Officer:

  • Should possess a degree from a recognized university with post graduate degree in Personnel Management.
  • Should have a minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience in all aspects of Personnel Management functions in the level of Personnel Officer in Executive position in an industrial establishment.
  • Should be fully conversant with interpretation and implementation of labour laws.

Security Officer:

  • Possess a Degree from a recognized University with 10years experience in the Officer level in Military /Para Military or Police Service. The candidate should be capable to take up the charge and responsibilities for overall security system in the Company
  • Preference will be given to those who have worked as Security Officer in Major Industrial concern.

Mines Foreman:

  • SSLC with Mines Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (restricted to Open Cast Mines as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961).
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Mechanised Opencast Mines.

Jr. Technician (Fitter):

  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Electrician):

  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Welder):

  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Turner ):

  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Blacksmith):

  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Plumber ):



  • Pass in ITI certificate in respective trades approved by NCVT, 3 years experience in a reputable manufacturing concern

Jr. Technician (Instrumentation):

  • Diploma in instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 3 years experience in instrumentation field in a reputable manufacturing concern.

For Junior Operator Trainee:

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 60% Marks / Degree in Chemistry with 60% Marks.

For Junior Boiler cum Utility Operator Trainee:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 1st Class or 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of competency / SSLC with ITI in the trade of Fitter and 1st Class or 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate of Proficiency.

For Junior Technician Welder Trainee:

  • SSLC with ITI certificate in the trade of Welder.

For Junior Technician Fitter Trainee:

  • SSLC with ITI in the trade of Fitter.

For Junior Technician Machinist Trainee:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / SSLC with ITI in the trade of Machinist/Turner.

Age Limit (as on 1 January 2020):

  • For General – not above 26 years

Upper age relaxable by:

  • For OCB – 3 years
  • For SC/ST – 5 years

Note: Ex-Servicemen will be allowed age relaxation equal to their service in the force subject to maximum of 50 Years on production of necessary documents.
