Kerala PSC Recruitment 2023 notification announced for Junior Assistant/Assistant Professor/Others in various disciplines. There are 50 vacancies available for the post. Candidates with the qualification of MBBS/B.Ed/M.Sc/Diploma/ITI/10th pass are eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job. Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Surgeon/ Casualty Medical Officer:

• Department: Health Services
• Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess valid Registration with Travancore Cochin Medical Council.

Non- Vocational Teacher in Chemistry:

• Department: Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education
• Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by a University in Kerala.
• B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University of Kerala.
• In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala.
• In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in items (i) and (ii) above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.
• Must have passed the State Eligibility Test in the concerned subject for the post of Non-Vocational Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the State Government.

Junior Assay Master:

• Department: Legal Metrology
• Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry awarded, after undergoing a regular course of study for not less than two years, by a UGC recognized University/National Institute under the Government of India.
• Must be able to speak, read and write Malayalam.

Pump Operator:

• Department: Ground Water
• I.T.I. Trade Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic.

Mechanic:

• Firm: State Farming Corporation of Kerala Limited
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Qualification.

L.P School Teacher (Tamil Medium):

• Department: Education
• A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala, or its equivalent. OR
• A pass in the Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such University in Kerala is equivalent to the Pre-degree examination. OR
• A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala, or any other Examinations recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• A pass in TTC (Tamil) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.
• Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.

Driver Cum Mechanic:

• Department: Technical Education
• Pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate examination with “Auto Mobile Engineering” or “Motor Mechanic” as special trade. OR
• Pass in Standard VII.
• Pass in Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering Examination in Auto Mobile Engineering.
• Heavy Duty Driving License and Drivers Badge.

Laboratory technician GR II ( Pharmacy ):

• Department: Medical Education
• A Pass in Pre Degree Examination in Science or equivalent qualification.
• Technical: Compounding Test previously conducted by the Director of Health Services, Trivandrum. OR
• Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized Institution.

Assistant Professor in Statistics:

• Department: Collegiate Education
• Masters’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks or its equivalent and a good academic record.
• Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the subject concerned specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government on this behalf.
• When qualifications are equal, preference shall be given to those candidates who possess adequate knowledge of Malayalam.

Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Arabic:

• Department: Kerala Higher Secondary Education
• Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by a University in Kerala.
• B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala.
• In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala.
• In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in items (i) and (ii) above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.
• Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala.

Junior Assistant:

• Concern: Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Company Limited.
• Graduation from any recognized university.

Laboratory Assistant:

• Department: Higher Secondary Education
• Pass in SSLC examination.
• Pass in Laboratory Attenders Test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission.

Caretaker (Female):

• Department: Women and Child Development.
• PDC or Plus Two or equivalent and one year experience as a Caregiver in any of the child care institutions recognized by the Kerala State Orphanage Control Board under the Social Justice Department.
• Should possess a good physique.

High School Teacher (Arabic):

• Department: Education
• A Degree in Arabic or a degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Or
• A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and a Certificate in Language Teacher’s Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

Full-Time Junior Language Teacher (Urdu):

• Department: Education
• SSLC or its equivalent qualification.
• Degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR
• A Title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities of Kerala. OR
• A Pass in Adib-I-Fazil (Preliminary) Examination in Urdu conducted by anyone of the Universities in Kerala. OR
• A Pass in Urdu Higher Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR
• An Urdu and Islamic History double Main Course by Kannur University.
• Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.

Laboratory Technician Gr-II:

• Department: Health Services
• General: A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or a ‘B’ grade in Science subjects.
• S.S.L.C or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed the Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces.
• Technical: A pass in a one-year Medical Laboratory Technician Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges, in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent thereto.

Pharmacist:

• Department: Indian Systems of Medicine/Insurance Medical Services/ Ayurveda Colleges.
• Indian Systems of Medicine/Ayurveda Colleges: Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
• Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognized by the Government of Kerala.
• Insurance Medical Services: Certificate of Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognized by the Government.

Part-Time High School Teacher (Urdu):

• Department: Education
• A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. OR
• A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teacher’s Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.
