Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Good knowledge of computer hardware systems,
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Handling the Printer, WI-FI device in the customer location.
