Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computers & Information Technologies.
• UG: B.Sc in Any Specialization, Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers
• Experience: 03 months to 2yrs work experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Provide L1 Level support in LAN, Remote support.
• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Good knowledge of computer hardware systems,
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Handling the Printer, WI-FI device in the customer location.

Shift: Monthly rotation

• S1 6:30 AM 3:30 PM Pickup Cab provided One way All Location
• S2 4:30 PM 1:30 AM Pickup & Drop provided Two way All Location
• S3 5:00 PM 2:00 AM Pickup & Drop provided Two way All Location
• S4 10:00 AM 7:00 PM No cab Provided All Location
