Detailed Eligibility – IOL Recruitment:
Educational Qualification:
Sr. Project Manager (Electro-Optics System Design):
- Master’s Degree in Photonics/Optics/Applied Optics/Optical Engineering/optoelectronics & Communication/Optics & Optoelectronics/Laser & Electro-Optical Engineering.
- Experience: No Prior experience is required.
Sr.Project Engineer (Robotics Firmware & Control):
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computers
- Should be familiar with coding applications, architecting & realizing firmware for motion control systems, robotic subsystems which involve interfacing micro-controllers & GPU processors with mechatronic components, sensors & actuators.
- Configuring 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers and interfacing peripherals over communication protocols such as SPI, UART, CAN, and 12C as needed.
- He should be familiar with the concepts of feedback control & signal processing to implement control & signal processing approaches in C-Code necessary to accomplish overall product performance.
- He should have hands-on experience in microcontroller firmware coding and debugging along with relevant IDE tools
- Experience: No Prior experience required.
Deputy Project Manager (Finance & Accounts):
- Graduation in any discipline & CA Final Passout (from ICAI) OR CMA Final Passout (from ICMAI)
- Experience: Minimum 01-year post-qualification relevant experience (Excluding Articleship period) in any organization
Tenure: 02 years, extendable upto 02 years as per requirement & satisfactory performance
Age Limit ( As on 17 August 2024):
- Sr.Project Engineer: 40 years
- Deputy Project Manager: 40 years
Age relaxation:
- 05 years (10 years for SC & ST, 08 years for OBC) for PwBD candidates
- 05 years is applicable for Ex-Servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs / SSCOs) subject to rendering a minimum 05 years service in Armed Forces and fulfilment of other conditions prescribed by Govt. of India.
- 05 years for candidates who are ordinarily been domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir
Salary:
- Sr.Project Engineer: Rs. 1,00,000/- (Consolidated). No other allowances shall be admissible
- Deputy Project Manager (Finance & Accounts): Rs. 85,000/-

Selection Process of India Optel Limited Careers:
- Selection will be based on qualification and experience and/or performance in the interview/interaction.
Screening:
- A screening committee will screen the applications constituted for that purpose.
- Candidates must complete the Application Form (attached with the advertisement) in all respects.
- The complete Application Form will be given to the Screening Committee. Candidates will be shortlisted for Interview based on screening of applications. The Company may adopt higher/other criteria in case of receipt of more no. of applications meeting eligibility criteria for screening.
Interview:
- Only those shortlisted candidates (found to meet the eligibility criteria after the screening of applications) may be called for an interview (physical only).
- Call letters to the shortlisted candidates for the interview will be issued through E-Mail only.
