Educational Qualifications:
Project Details: The project focuses on exploring technology-based low-cost solutions in rural healthcare, especially focusing on understanding impact on patients and service providers.
Centre Manager:
- A master’s degree in development studies/public policy/rural management/social work or related fields from the universities of global standing or from reputed Indian academic institutions such as the TISS, IRMA, XISS, DMI or IITs.
- Minimum five years work experience in development-sector research/consultancy, preferably in managing or implementing research projects, conducting fieldwork, analysing secondary data, and writing reports/academic papers.
- Proficiency in research related tools such as Nvivo/Atlas.ti and SPSS, and knowledge of M&E frameworks is desirable.
- Good communication skills both oral and written, along with the experience of report-writing, creating infographics and developing concept notes and policy briefs.
- Experience in organising seminars, stake-holder workshops or conferences.
Responsibilities: Assist the team of academics in the research project with a variety of research and coordination tasks, including (but not limited to) coordinating meetings, data collection, literature review, transcriptions, data mining, data analyses, drafting of research reports and other outputs. The responsibilities might also include teaching assistance related tasks, such as preparing teaching materials, case studies, exercises, assessment.
Duration: Initially for one year but extendable up to three years, subject to funding availability and performance

Associate – Accounts:
- The candidate must have a postgraduate or equivalent degree in commerce from a recognized university. AND
- Candidate must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience after Post Graduation.
- Candidate should be familiar with a computerized accounting environment and experience in working finance and accounts functions.
- The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer-related tasks is essential.
Key Skills required:
- Conversant with Microsoft D365 ERP, different operating systems and MS Office functions and Office Management Practices.
- Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments.
- Good command of written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi language, ability to interact with faculty and external agencies effectively, noting and drafting, etc.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
