Research Associate:
- Credit Appraisal/Stress Asset Management/Risk Management: MBA (Finance) or Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration)_in Finance/CA/CFA
- Accounts and Tax/Resource and Treasure/Credit Loan Accounting: CA/ICWA
- Information Technology: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Master in computer application/Information Technology
- Legal/Stressed Asset Management: LLB or equivalent from a Recognized University and/or Institute.
- Board Secretariat: CS
- Corporate Social Responsibility: MSW/MA (Social) or equivalent degree
- Environment and Social:
- Environment-related Subjects like BE/B. Tech/M.Sc/M. Tech in Environmental Science and Engineering
- Social-related subjects like MSW, Master in Sociology or equivalent degree

- Research Associate with experience of two years or more as on the cut-off date in the related area may be engaged as “Senior Research Associate” and be paid a stipend of Rs. 70,000 per month throughout the period of internship.

Selection Process of IIFCL Careers:
- The mode of selection shall be a two-stage process i.e.
- Phase I – Group Discussions
- Phase II – Interview
- Eligible candidates who score above the cut-off marks of 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD applicants) in Phase I (Group Discussion) will be shortlisted for Phase II (Interview).
- Phase I (Group Discussion) will be conducted in various shifts, the date and timings of which will be intimated separately on IIFCL’s website.
- Candidates may speak in Group Discussion or may answer the interview in Hindi or English at their option.
- Final Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Group Discussion and Interview taken together.
- The qualifying marks combined for both Phases (GD and PI) is a minimum of 60% for the candidates (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
- The selection would be done by way of Preliminary Screening of applications.
- IIFCL reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates for Phase I and Phase II processes only after the preliminary screening/shortlisting concerning the candidate’s qualifications, experience, suitability, etc.
