Educational Qualification:
Cultural Quota Posts:
- Hindustani/Carnatic Vocal (Female): Possession of Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Hindustani/Carnatic music from Govt. recognized Institute.
- Tabla: Possession of Degree/Diploma/Certificate in music (Tabla) from Govt. recognized Institute.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in the field and performance given on AIR/Doordarshan etc.,
- Prizes won at National Level
- Ability to sing light music
Preferable Qualification: Central Government Scholarship (Hindustani/Carnatic Music/Tabla)
Age Limit ( As on 01 July 2024): 18 to 30 years
Cut-off date for age – Born between
- UR: 02 July 1994 to 01 July 2006
- OBC: 02 July 1991 to 01 July 2006
- SC/ST: 02 July 1989 to 01 July 2006
Age Relaxation of ICF Jobs:
- The upper age is relaxable by 03 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities and by 05 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities
- Upto the extent of service in Defence plus 03 years for Ex- Servicemen provided they have put more than 06 months service after attestation.
- By 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (13 years for OBC and 15 years for SC/ST)
- Upper age limit for widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from husband but not remarried shall be 35 years for UR, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for SC/ST
- For serving Railway Staff, Casual labourers and Substitutes, the upper age limit will be 40 years for UR, 43 years for OBC and 45 years for SC/ST, provided they have put in a minimum of 03 years service

Selection Process for ICF Careers:
- The selection process is based on written tests and practical demonstrations.
- The eligible candidates will be called for document verification one day before the Written Test.
Written Test:
- The written test will consist of Objective type questions for 50 marks.
- Only those candidates who secure the qualifying marks in the
written test will be called for “Assessment of Talent” in the relevant field. - Panel will be prepared in order of merit according to marks obtained out of 100.

Medical Examination: Selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination and found fit for the medical classification prescribed for the post for which, he/she is being considered

- Cultural achievements
- Self-attested copy of caste / community certificate in prescribed format issued by the competent authority for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates, wherever applicable
- Self-attested copies of relevant certificates namely Community certificate for SC/ST, Affidavit for Minority community, Income certificate of EBC, Discharge certificate for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD certificate for PwBD candidates as proof of claiming fee exemption
- 2 recent passport size photos,
- Printout of e-receipt
- Valid photo 10 (viz., Aadhaar card/Driving license/PAN card/Passport) in original
- For serving Government employees, Self-attested copy of NOC from employer.

- For other candidates: Rs. 500/-

- The selected ITI/Non-ITI (freshers) candidates must execute an apprenticeship contract under the Apprentices Act-1961.

- After the final submission, candidates can generate the acknowledgement form from the system.
- The candidates are advised to take a printout of the acknowledgement generated by the system, which must be submitted at the time of Document Verification.
