HURL Recruitment 2024: Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) has announced notification for the post of Manager/Engineer/Officer/Chief Manager/Assistant Manager (FTC)/Officer (FTC) in different disciplines. There are 80 vacancies available for these posts. Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/LLB/CA/CMA/PGDM/MBA/MSW/M.Sc qualifications are eligible to apply for these posts. HURL invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Manager/Engineer/Officer/Chief Manager in different disciplines like Contracts & Materials/Chemical (O&U)/Chemical (Ammonia/Urea/Process Support)/Marketing/Instrumentation/Safety/Marketing/Finance under regular employment and the post of Assistant Manager (FTC)/Officer (FTC) in different disciplines like Corporate Communication/Human Resource/Marketing/Finance under fixed term contract initially for three years extendable up to 2 years ob FTC basis. The age limit for these posts will be 30 to 47 years. The selected candidates will be given Rs. 7 lakhs to 24 lakhs. The selection process will be based on written tests/interviews.   • Essential: Degree in Engineering (in any specialization) with 60% marks  [or]
  • Full-time regular MBA (Materials Management) with 60% marks   [or]
  • Full-Time PG Diploma in Materials Management with 60% marks (02 years regular course) (Recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE).
  • Experience: 12 years of minimum executive work experience in relevant fields.

Chemical (O&U):

  • Essential: Full-time regular Engineering Degree, approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE in Chemical/ Chemical Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks. (Candidates with BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certification may be preferred).
  • Experience: 12 years of minimum executive work experience in relevant fields.

Chemical (Ammonia/Urea/Process Support):

  • Essential: Full-time regular Engineering Degree, approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE in Chemical/ Chemical Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

Marketing:

Engineer:

Chemical (O&U) :

  • Essential: Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Fire Engg./Safety & Fire Engg./Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical, approved by AICTE/UGC or AMIE with minimum aggregate 60 % marks and a Diploma in Industrial Safety from CLI/ RLI OR Divisional Officers Course from National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur

Period of Engagement: Selected Candidates will be appointed on a fixed term contract (FTC) basis for three years, which may further be extended by another two years based on company requirements.
