The candidates should possess Any degree

Required Skills:

Should have minimum 1 year of experience in International voice process (Technical support)
Should have Excellent communication
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Escalate complex problems to second-level support teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with user account setup, access, and other user related tasks.
Should have experience in Technical support – US Voice
