GSBB Recruitment 2022 – The Goa State Biodiversity Board has announced the employment vacancies for the post of Project Manager and Project Coordinator. There are total vacancies of 3 posts. The education qualification should be Master’s Degree/ MBA/ BBA/ Any Graduate. The details of Vacancy and Eligibility is given below.

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational qualification :

Project Manager:

• The candidates must have completed Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, natural resource management or MBA with Bachelor’s Degree in Environment or Natural Science with proven experience in project implementation and management.
• The candidates must be a Resident of Goa- Latest certificate of 15years residence from Competent Authority.
• The candidates must have Knowledge and fluency in spoken English and Konkani.
• Desirable qualification :

(a) Special aptitude in Marketing of Natural Resources, Economic Valuation of Bio-resources or Livelihood Management, Adequate                        experience in drafting rules and regulations, tender procedures etc. will be an added advantage.
(b) At least 03 years proven experience and knowledge in implementing and coordinating community based marketing, CSR or nature                   based projects at community level with proven success.
(c) Good Communication and Computer skills.
(d) Knowledge of Marathi

Project Coordinator – (North Goa and South Goa):

• The candidates must have completed Graduate in Science in any discipline or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• The candidates must have Experience in marketing of nature based products with own two wheeler and willingness to travel across the State.
• The candidates must be a Resident of Goa- Latest certificate of 15years residence from Competent Authority.
• The candidates must have At least 2 years’ experience in field of work preferably in field of community based or CSR or participatory related field projects.
• The candidates must have Fluency in written and spoken English and Konkani.
• Desirable qualification :

(a) Good interpersonal and communication skills with team work.
(b) Proficiency in Computer
(c) Knowledge of Marathi.
(d) Resident of South Goa.

Total Vacancies : 3 posts

• Project Manager – 1 post
• Project Coordinator – (North Goa) – 1 post
• Project Coordinator – (South Goa) – 1 post

Salary :

The salary for the above mentioned posts is as follows:

• Rs.40,000 for Project Manager
• Rs.30,000 for Project Coordinator

Selection Process for GSBB Recruitment 2022:

• The selection process for the above mentioned posts will be based on a walk-in-interview which is scheduled on 03.01.2022 at 09:30 am onwards (Candidate should register for interview between 09.30 am to 10:30 am. Registration after 10:30 am will not be accepted).
