Education Qualification:
Junior Executive:
- Bachelor in commerce from a recognised University (Full time course)
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Accounts functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Project:
- Estimation of State of Charge for Electric Vehicle of Li-ion Battery
- Solar-Wind Hybrid System
Senior Research Fellow (New Technology Management):
- B.E./ B. Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Renewable Energy with M.E./ M. Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Renewable Energy/ Power Sector/ Energy System or similar energy-related domains. Fresher holding Master’s degree as above may apply
- GATE-qualified candidates will be given preference
Skills Required:
- Understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and battery technology
- Understanding of battery technology state estimation requirements
- Basic knowledge of modelling tools like MATLAB, PSIM, etc.
- Understanding of Wind and Solar technology
- Understanding of new renewable technologies like floating solar, building integrated photovoltaic, etc.
- Ability to understand energy and market scenarios
- Ability to present the results through infographics
- Strong written and oral communication, excellent presentation skills
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
- Open to learning and immediately putting it into practice
- Should be a team player
GERMI Jobs – Salary:
- Junior Executive: Rs. 26,800/- per month (other benefits as per institute norms)
- Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 35,000/- per month
