Freshworks STS Software Academy Admission 2024: Freshworks STS Software Academy (FSSA) is a programme exclusively designed for aspirants of a career in technology, who do not have the means to afford formal education after high school. Candidates who completed 12th/Diploma are eligible to apply for this programme. FSSA is a training & skilling program that gives students in-classroom training and at the end of the program students build their profile & become ready for placement opportunities. FSSA will arrange for placement opportunities at the end of the program within Freshworks & outside, showcasing the proof-of-work done during the classroom training. About FSSA:

Freshworks STS Software Academy (FSSA) is a social impact initiative powered by Freshworks India Private limited (popularly known as Freshworks) for underprivileged students from low income families who are unable to afford conventional college education but have the right motivation, aptitude to learn software skills & have a strong desire to start their career in technology.

This is a skilling programme covering 3 tracks:

Communication and Life Skills Track
Tech-skills Track (Frontend Development)
Problem Solving Track

By training the students in the above tracks, the program aims to mold students into well rounded professionals ready to take up tech jobs in the IT industry both within Freshworks & other companies willing to provide opportunities for these students.

Detailed Eligibility:

12th Pass or a 10+ Diploma
Age range – 17 years to 20 years
Not Eligible for Degree Holders and students who have completed 2nd year or more in degree course
Household Income of less than Rs. 20,000 per month
Preference will be given to school students who could not pursue college education after class 12

Duration of the program: This is a 12 months in-classroom practical training program with a monthly stipend.

Stipend: Monthly stipend of 10k per/month throughout the program from day one to the last day of the internship. Additionally, we will also be providing students with laptops for the best software training experience.

Note: Based on availability, between Software Design, Development, Testing and Tech Support, students are placed in roles that match their core competencies after a careful evaluation of student’s interests and aptitude. However, placement is based on the students individual performance during the year and at the interview.
