Federal Bank Jobs – Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Officers (Sales):
- Qualification: Graduation
- Min. 50% Across 10th, 12th and UG
- Domicile State / UT: Delhi NCR, Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal Only
- Driving License: Two-wheeler or Four-wheeler
Age: 27 Years and Below
Onboarding & Training: Onboarding of the shortlisted candidates will be subject to verification of certificates and completion of all other formalities to the complete satisfaction of the Bank. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bangalore. This training will equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge required for the role of Associate Officer (Sales).

Selection Process of Federal Bank Careers:
- The Aptitude Test will be followed by a Behavioural Assessment for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.
