Detailed Eligibility:
Project Analyst – Customer Service (International Voice Process):
- Any Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Experience: 0.6 to 3 Years of International customer service experience. (Freshers please do not apply).
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer inquiries via calls with precision.
- Expertly manage online front-end customer service operations.
- Skillfully identify & leverage upselling opportunities.
- Ability to handle irate customers & work under pressure
Job description:
- UK Shift/EMEA Shift & flexible for night shifts
- 5 days working & 2 rotational week offs
