Senior Associate: TA Sourcing – Intern:
- Graduate or a postgraduate qualification
- Freshers or 0 – 6 months of recruiting experience
- I should have done sourcing
- Must be well-versed with the various job portals and new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn etc.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Should have good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Experience in developing a high-quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
- Proficient in MS Excel
