Detailed Eligibility – EXIM Bank Career:

Educational Qualification:

Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) – Human Resource Management:

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation.
• The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration and Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or) with specialization in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management.
• Post-Graduation course should be of a minimum 2- year full time duration, with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience

Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I) – Administration:

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation.
• The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full-time duration. and
• Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS or equivalent qualification) with specialisation in Hotel and Hospitality management, Facilities management or equivalent qualification.
• Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience

Manager (Grade/Scale MM II):

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation.
• The graduation course should be of a minimum 3-year full time duration. and Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS) with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade or Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialization in Finance with minimum 50% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA.
• In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience

Notes:

• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and should be proficient in the use of computers and information technology.
• The University / Institute should be recognised / approved by Government / AICTE / UGC. The candidates having completed their graduation and postgraduation courses through correspondence/ part-time/ open university/ open learning/ external/ distance/ learning are not eligible.

Age Limit (As on 31 January 2026): 

• Deputy Manager: Not below 21 years and not above 28 years
• Manager: Not below 24 years and not above 30 years

Age Relaxation:

• In terms of guidelines prescribed by the GOI, the upper age limit for candidates belonging to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) shall be relaxed by 10 years & for Ex-servicemen shall be relaxed by 5 years

Selection Process of EXIM Bank Jobs:

• The Selection Process will comprise a written test and a Personal Interview.
• The date and timing of the Written test will be advised to the eligible candidates at a later date by notification on our website, personal email and/or SMS.
• Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written test will be called for a Personal Interview.
• There will be no sectional cut-off, but the final list for interviews will be drawn based on the candidate’s performance in the written test.
• Final list shall be drawn based on the overall performance of the candidate in the written examination and interviews.
• The marks obtained in the written examination out of [100 with 70% weightage] and the interview [Out of 100 with 30% weightage] shall form the basis for final selection
