Bank of Baroda Recruitment Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA/MBA or PGDM (with specialization in Finance) or equivalent postgraduation degree/diploma from any AICTE approved institute.

Experience:

  • MSME-Sales/Relationship Management(Scale-VI) – Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ relationship management.
  • MSME-Sales/Relationship Management(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in Credit client acquisition/ Relationship management
  • MSME-Monitoring/Processing of Loans(Scale-VI) – Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience as Credit analyst or equivalent role.
  • MSME-Monitoring/Processing of Loans(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience as Credit analyst or equivalent role.
  • Finance/Credit(Scale-III) – Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit. For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years.
  • Finance/Credit (ScaleII) – Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit.

  • The selection process for the above posts applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)/Psychometric Test.
