Education Qualification:
Executive Trainee:
- HR: MBA Degree in HR ( full time) or Masters degree/Post Graduate degree/Diploma (at least for 2 years full time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management and equivalent* from AICTE/appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS]&60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formulae of the concerned University/Institution.
- CSR: 2 years full-time Post Graduate degree / Diploma in Rural Management from AICTE/appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formulae of the concerned University/Institution
- PR: Full- time Post Graduate degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication/ Advertising & Communication Management/Public Relations/ Mass Communication/ Journalism from AICTE/appropriate statutory authority approved University/Institution with not less than 65% marks [General/OBC(NCL)/EWS] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters as per conversion formulae of the concerned University/Institution

Selection Process of Damodar Valley Corporation Careers:
- The Selection Process consists of marks obtained in the corresponding paper of UGC-NET-June 2024 only.
- Eligible candidates must have appeared in the corresponding paper of UGC-NET-June 2024, i.e. Human Resource (NET – June 2024 – Paper Code-55), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (NET – June 2024 –Social Work, Paper Code-10 ), Public relation- (NET – June 2024 – Mass Communication, Paper Code-63).
- Candidate must have obtained at least 40% aggregate marks in both the papers (i.e. Paper I and Paper II) that were taken together (relaxed to at least 35% for candidates belonging to the reserved categories) as per UGC NET criteria of minimum marks in the notified paper of UGC-NET-JUNE 2024.
- The candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) based on UGC-NET -June 2024 marks obtained in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:3 or more to the number of vacancies category-wise in each discipline for the further selection process.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification (DV)and the details such as Date, Time and Venue of the Document Verification shall be hosted on the DVC website only.
