Educational Qualification:
ITI Apprentice:
- Candidates should have passed out from the ITI duly recognized by NCVT as per Gazette Notification of Ministry of Skil Development and Entrepreneurship, with minimun two years duration except for the computer operator and programming assistant (copa). carpenter and welder

Note:
- For “Apprentice” traifiees. candidates who have passed in the year 2021/2022/2023 are only eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam earlier than 2021 are not eligible.
- Candidates with Diploma/Graduate qualification are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates with more than one year work experience are not eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate Apprentices (Engineering/Technology):
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline.
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:
- A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology(Full time) granted by a University in relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Non – Engineering Graduates Apprentices: (Arts/Science/Commerce)
- A Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Humanities such as BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BCA etc., (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline – UGC approved
Note: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973, and/or having one year or more experience are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply.
Duration: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.
