Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (DICDL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by Government of Gujarat and NICDC Trust is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation and management of Dholera Special Investment Region. DICDL invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the appointment of below mentioned positions. The following posts /appointments will be only on “Contract basis” and initially for three years which may be extended for further period as per standard terms & conditions of the Organization. Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Environment, Health and Safety):

Candidate should be Engineering graduate / Post graduate in Chemistry from a recognized university / Institution is mandatory
Candidate should have full time Diploma/Advance Diploma/Post diploma from AICTE/State Technical Board approved Institute in
Industrial safety is mandatory
Minimum 4 years of work experience post qualification in sectors like EPC contracts for smart city, manufacturing industry preferably
chemicals, EHS consultants
Experience in delivering EHS training, performing EHS audits, incident investigation, environment monitoring and legal compliances
Competence in skills related to emergency response
Must possess at least 2 years of manufacturing industry experience

Executive – Marketing:

Candidate should have MBA or Post Graduate Degree in business administration/management from a recognized University with good academic record in the field of Marketing discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience post qualification in the field of marketing, advertising, events, etc.
Adequate knowledge of Computers & IT Tools in marketing and event planning.
Experience in managing events & conferences will be an added advantage.
Market research, analysis, presentation, relationship building, etc

Junior Manager – Admin & HR:

Candidate should be MBA or Post-graduation degree with specialization in Human Resource Management is mandatory
Minimum of 2 years of working experience post qualification in Admin or HR related field is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in demanding situations
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Able to work effectively at all levels in organization
Analyse information to make effective decisions

Junior Manager – Accounts:

Candidate shall be Chartered Accountant (C.A.) OR
Candidate shall be Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) OR
Candidate shall be Degree in MBA (Finance) OR
Candidate shall be Degree in Master of Commerce (M. Com.) with Ist class in the field of Accounts/Finance from recognized university
Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in relevant working experience in Accounts, Cost & Work Accounts, Finance etc. or related filed
Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation
Knowledge of IND-AS
Good analytical ability
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Hands on Experience of ERP.

Duration: The Contractual Appointment will be initially for a period of 3 years, which can be extended for further period based on the year on year performance.
