Associate Project Engineer – CAE Engineer:
Professional Qualification:
- Education: M.E/M.Tech – B.E/B.Tech – 2025/2026 Passed out
- Branch: (Thermal / Automobile/ Design/ Mechanical)
- Must have aggregate: 70% and above (10th, 12th or Diploma, UG, PG)
Skills Required:
- Strong engineering fundamentals & application skills
- Strong in strength of materials and thermodynamics
- Good understanding of fundamentals about Heat transfer, Fluid mechanics
- Good understanding of design fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of material properties
- Good knowledge in Finite Element Methods
- Ability to solve complex Mathematical and engineering problems
- Experience in any CAE tools is an added advantage
- Prior exposure to MATLAB and Simulink tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team
Roles & Responsibilities: The Eligible candidates, depending on their skill, will be trained and entitled with the responsibilities:
- Build Finite element models using CAE tools or build MAT lab models
- Carry out CAE or CFD simulations to validate the design
- Recommend countermeasures for failures or crack in the design
- Estimate Fatigue life of a product
- Interact and support customers on technical aspects and gather requirements and provide solutions
- Assess thermal stresses and estimate heat flow characteristics
- Develop alternative solutions reduces stresses or high temperatures
Note: After completion of training, successful candidates will be working with DEP in house teams or deployed to Client locations across the globe & India.
