CRRI Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the posts of Scientists in various disciplines. There are totally about 11 vacancies available for above mentioned posts. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MS/Ph.D are eligible to apply for the job. The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job. Educational Qualification :
Scientists :
Area : Traffic and Transportation Engineering
- M.E./M.Tech. / M.S. or any equivalent Degree* in Civil Engineering with specialisation in all the relevant fields.
- Desirable : B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering (60% Marks on an aggregate or equivalent GPA).
- Candidates having exposure in all the relevant fields will be preferred.
Area: Environmental Engineering
- M.E./M.Tech. / M.S. or any equivalent Degree* in Civil Engineering or with specialization in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Engineering and Management / Environmental Sciences and Engineering. OR
- Ph.D. in Engineering**(submitted) in the area of Environmental Engineering / Environmental Engineering and Management / Environmental Sciences and Engineering.
- Desirable : B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering (60% Marks on an aggregate or equivalent GPA).
- Candidates having exposure in all the relevant fields will be preferred.
Area : Bridge Engineering & Structures
- M.E. / M. Tech. / M.S. or any equivalent Degree* in Structural Engineering /Structural Design/ Earthquake Engineering / Structural Dynamics / Structural and Foundation Engineering/ Computer aided Structural Design/Wind Engineering/Applied Sciences (Civil Engineering). OR
- Ph.D. in Engineering in the above mentioned fields.
- Desirable : B.E. / B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering (60% Marks on an aggregate or equivalent GPA).
- Candidates having exposure in all the relevant fields will be preferred.
Age Limit ( As on 29 March 2023 ) : 32 years
Age Relaxation : Age relaxation of 10 (Ten) years [total 15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates] in upper age limit shall be allowed to persons suffering from the following benchmark disabilities as per GOI instructions.

Selection Process of CRRI Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process includes Interview.
- The duly constituted screening Committee will adopt its own criteria for short-listing the candidates.
- The candidate should, therefore, mention in the application all qualifications and experience in the relevant area over and above the minimum prescribed qualifications, supported with documents.
- In the event of number of large number of applicants, CSIR – CRRI may adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number.
- This short-listing will be done by the duly constituted Screening Committee(s) as per the criteria fixed by them and its recommendations will be duly approved by the Competent Authority.
- Candidates shortlisted for interview alone would be asked, at an appropriate time, to submit the hard copy of their application.
Application Fees :
- Rs 500/- for general candidates.
- The candidates belonging to SC/ST/Women/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/CSIR Employees category/Abroad candidates are exempted from submission of application fee, subject to uploading of relevant certificate.
