Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analysis of metallic structures using hand calculations and FEA.
Hands-on experience with at least one commercial FEA package, preferably ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Icepak, or ANSYS Sherlock.
Strong understanding of Strength of Materials and classical engineering hand-calculation methods.
Experience with aerospace standards and a clear understanding of DO-160G analysis requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
Good technical writing skills with the ability to prepare clear engineering documentation.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong ownership, customer focus, and commitment to delivering quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications We Prefer

Master’s degree with specialization or exposure to structural/engineering analysis.
Previous experience working in the aerospace, defense, automotive, or related engineering industries.
Exposure to FEA automation using Python, C/C++, C#, or Visual Studio .NET.
Experience working with global customers or cross-functional engineering teams.
