Coal India Limited (CIL) Recruitment 2026: Coal India Limited (CIL) has opened applications for 660 Management Trainee posts across nine disciplines through Advertisement No. 03/2026. Candidates must hold a relevant degree in the applicable discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks — this drops to 55% for SC, ST, and PwBD applicants. Selection Process of Coal India Limited (CIL) Recruitment 2026:

Computer Based Test (CBT) – 3 hours, two papers of 100 marks each (Paper-I: General Knowledge/Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, General English; Paper-II: Professional/Discipline Knowledge)
No negative marking; qualifying marks: 40 per paper (General/EWS), 35 (OBC-NCL), 30 (SC/ST/PwD)
Final merit panel prepared based on CBT marks only — no interview
