Educational Qualification:
Executive (Security):
- Graduation with MBA and BASIC AVSEC Certified and 1-year experience in Aviation Security
Executive (Commercial):
- Graduate and full-time regular MBA of 2 years duration with Marketing specialization. OR
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Executive (IT):
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engg./Technical in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics
- Full-time regular Masters in Computer Application (MCA)
Executive (Civil Engineer):
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engg./Tech. in Civil.
Executive (Electrical Engineer):
- Full-time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Executive (HR):
- Graduate and full-time regular MBA or equivalent (2 years duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
Manager (Finance):
- B. Com with ICWA/CA/MBA full-time regular (2 years duration) with specialization in Finance
Manager (Facility):
- Graduate in Science and full-time regular MBA of 2 years duration. OR
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Experience: The Candidate should have at least 1-year experience for Executive-Level position and 3 years’ experience for Manager-Level position in relevant field.
Contract Appointment: The Contract Appointment will be for 3 years, extendable by 2 years on satisfactory job performance and requirement, on purely temporary basis.
Age Limit (As on 15.02.2026): The maximum age limit for the post is 32 years for Executive-Level position and 35 years for Manager-Level position as on 15.02.2026
Salary details of CHIAL Careers: The Consolidated Salary shall be ₹ 60,000 for Executive-Level position and ₹ 70,000 for Manager-Level position, subject to an annual increment of 5%. This excludes the employer’s contribution to the Provident Fund. The basic salary used for calculating the Provident Fund shall be ₹25,000.

Selection Process of CHIAL Jobs:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview, for which a separate date to be informed to the candidates in due course, on the email to be provided by the candidate in his/her application form
- Shortlisted candidates, who will be called for interview, should bring a copy of their submitted application form and all the relevant certificates/testimonial, in originals, for verification purposes only
- Selection will be done by a Committee, to be constituted by the Competent Authority
