Educational Qualification:
Technical Assistant (Electronics):
- Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication Engineering / Technology of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the relevant area/ field. OR
- Diploma in Electronics/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication Engineering / Technology of at least 02 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the relevant area/ field.
Technical Assistant (Computer):
- Diploma with minimum 60% of marks (equivalent CGPA) of 3 years full time duration (at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission)
- Discipline: Computer/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Post qualification experience: 2 years in Computer/ Information Technology related field. OR
- B.Sc. Computer Science / Information Technology or BCA with minimum 60% of marks (equivalent CGPA) and 1 year full time computer related professional qualification from a recognized Institute /Organization. OR
- B.Sc. Computer Science / Information Technology or BCA with minimum 60% of marks (equivalent CGPA) and 1- year experience in related disciplines, such as system and network administration from a recognized Institute/ Organization
Technical Assistant (Electrical):
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Technology of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field. OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Technology of at least 02 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the relevant area/ field.
Technician (1) – Electronic Mechanics:
- Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic. OR
- SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electronics Mechanic trade. OR
- SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Electronics Mechanic trade in a Ministry/ Department/

Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) as per Government orders in force only in those cases where the post is reserved for respective categories, on production of relevant certificate in the prescribed format signed by the specified authority.
- The upper age limit for ex-servicemen will be relaxed as per instructions of GoI issued from time to time.
- As per Govt. of India provisions, age relaxation for Widows, Divorced Women and Women Judicially separated from Husbands who are not remarried shall be relaxed up to the age of 35 years (upto 40 years for members of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and up to 38 years for members belonging to Other Backward Classes in respect of the posts reserved for them) for Widows, divorced Women and Women Judicially separated from their Husbands who are not remarried.

- The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test.
- Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination.
- The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
Mode of Examination:
- For these posts, there will be three papers (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III).
- Paper-II & Paper-III will be evaluated only of those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I.
- The Final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II & Paper-III.

For Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/F&A/S&P):
- The candidates fulfilling all essential qualifications will be invited for an open competitive written examination and typewriting test on a Computer.
- Proficiency in computer typing speed and in using a computer will only be qualifying in nature, the final merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
- The merit list will only comprise of those candidates who have qualified the proficiency test in computer typing.
- The written competitive examination consists of two papers (Paper I Mental Ability and Paper II General Awareness & English Language).
- Paper II will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper I.
- The final merit list will be prepared only based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper II.
- The Hindi typing test on computers will be on Mangal Font
