Associate Network Engineer :

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics, Automobile, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, Computers, Electrical
Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses: Python / CCNA / O365/ Linux / Microsoft / Infra Security certifications preferred.
Experience: 0 – 2 Years

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with support of enterprise environments including hybrid configurations
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all internal and external customers
Excellent documentation skills
Good comprehension skills, ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.

Work Environment

Up to 10% travel may be required

Essential Functions

Systems management, reporting and monitoring of infrastructure and cloud services
Manage the network/telecom/compute and O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes
Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support
Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities

Job Purpose: The Associate Engineer I will assist in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure solutions to support our customers. You will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of operations and infrastructure services.
