Production Support Engineer:
- Candidates must possess any degree qualifications in any specialization
- Experience: 2 – 6 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of applications and components in the system.
- Analyze and diagnose problems and bugs as required.
- Ability to quickly prioritize and address urgent issues, work within and measure against customer SLAs.
- Provide technical training and guidance to end-users as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as required.
- Document all support interactions, including issue resolution and escalation procedures.
- Experience on setting up experimental design and evaluating the impact will be an added advantage.
- Understanding SQL syntax for common operations.
- Ability to write simple SELECT queries to retrieve data from a single table.
