Detailed Eligibility for BSPHCL Careers:
Educational Qualifications:
Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO): Full-time three-year Diploma in Electrical from a recognized Institute/ College duly recognized by State Govt./ Central Govt. approved by AICTE.
Probation Period: The probation period shall be three years from the appointment date.
Junior Accounts Clerk: Graduate in commerce from a recognized university.
Probation Period: The probation period shall be two years from the appointment date.
Note: If the performance is not found satisfactory during the probation period, the probation period may be extended.

Salary Details of BSPHCL Recruitment:
Junior Electrical Engineer (GTO):
- During one year probation period: Rs. 25,900/- to 48,900/- (Consolidated monthly pay Rs. 25,900/-)
- After Completion of one year probation period: Level 8 (regular Pay Scale as per 7th PRC) + other allowances
Junior Accounts Clerk:
- During one year probation period: Rs. 9,200/- to 15,500/- (Consolidated monthly pay Rs. 9,200/-)
- After Completion of one year probation period: Level 5(regular Pay Scale as per 7th PRC) + other allowances
Selection process for BSPHCL Careers:
- The selection process will be based on Computer-based tests and document verifications.
- CBT will be conducted for the candidates who applied online for the job posts.
- A combined merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidates in CBT (computer-based test), and shortlisted candidates will be called for documents/certificate verification.
Documents Required for verification:
- Matric Certificate for age proof.
- Marks sheet and Degree Certificate of the requisite eligibility qualification.
- Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit is claimed
- If PHP (Divyang) Candidates have a certificate from the competent authority
- If the land loser is displaced, a certificate is issued from District Magistrate Dy. Commissioner.
- If claims reservation against relatives of Freedom Fighter/EWS as per Gowt. of Bihar Resolution, the Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed Performa of Govt. of Bihar.
- Permanent Domicile of Bihar Certificate if claim for reservation.
- Candidate already employed in Govt. Semi Gout. organization Public sector will have to submit NOC from its employer
- Identity proof such as a Passport/ Aadhar Card/ PAN Card, Voter Card etc.
- Colour Photograph (same photograph used in online application form)Counter folio of Admit card (candidate’s copy) etc.
Note:
- The answer sheet will be evaluated using the Z-Normalised Score Method if CBT is conducted in multiple batches.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio of 1:1 from the merit list for documents/ certificate verification.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% for UR, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC & 32% for SC/ST/ Female/PHP candidates.
