Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities:

Should have both verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to understand user requirements and resolve their access issues
Adhere to project process and guidelines
Discuss with the Production support team for any user queries
Support Application validation for specific functionalities
Able to develop reports using Excel graphs and pie charts

Contributing Responsibilities:

Track user requests and provide appropriate reports to Management
Support the testing team in completing some regression tests

Role Purpose:

The current requirement is to on board a candidate who can support onboarding of new users to our Application
The associate will be working in one of the strategic projects of BNP Paribas and will help in enhancing applications to be used by Corporate Clients
The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and experience in multi-geographical work model.
