Educational Qualification:
QA Automation Fresher:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
- Familiarity with test automation concepts is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- We need one fresher profile for automation to be worked on NUnit with C#
- Preferred candidate who has Selenium knowledge, C#, and Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Skill Development: Participate in training programs and mentorship to gain proficiency in software testing methodologies and automation tools.
- Test Case Design and Execution: Work with senior QA analysts to design, execute, and maintain test cases. Execute both manual and automated test cases under supervision.
- Test Automation: Learn to write and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. Assist in the development of test automation scripts.
- Defect Identification and Reporting: Collaborate with the QA team to identify and document defects. Help in tracking and managing defects through resolution.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on testing best practices, tools, and technologies through self-study and on-the-job training.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with experienced QA analysts and developers to understand software requirements and improve test coverage.
