Advocate:
- An advocate candidate must be someone not already in the service of the Union or State and has been an advocate for not less than seven years, having continuous practice.
- An advocate must have independent practice and handle at least 30 cases (Unreserved/EWS) or 24 cases (SC/ST/OBC) in the preceding three years.
Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2024): 35 – 45 years

- 03 years in case of SC/ST/OBC category candidates belonging to the State of U.P. only
