About the Training:

Our internship is a periodic evaluation based on learner’s performance, including giving feedback at appropriate times and enabling them to get the best out of their training. Training Period: 3-month program conducted in an IN-CAMPUS / DIRECT mode. The trainees will undergo the training at our office campus in CHENNAI.

About the course:
- Software Testing: To assess the skills of candidates for manual testing, our entrance exam focuses on evaluating their proficiency in logical reasoning, mathematical aptitude, and software testing basics and terminologies. On the other hand, candidates aspiring for automation testing will be assessed on their knowledge of Java and their ability to solve logical programs. While familiarity with Selenium or any automation-related frameworks is an advantage, it is not a strict requirement.

Technical Writing: Our entrance exam evaluates candidates on their proficiency in writing, technical product understanding, and language skills. We look for candidates who possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to comprehend technical subject matter. Furthermore, we expect candidates to have strong research skills. Demonstrating a strong understanding of technical terminology and concepts will be an advantage.
Entrance Exam:
Etrance exam is specifically designed to identify candidates who possess the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in their respective roles as developers, testers, or technical writers. The exam is carefully crafted to assess a candidate’s abilities in various areas such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical proficiency. In addition to the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates must also pass a series of interviews to gain admission into Marupadi. These interviews are conducted by our team of experienced professionals and are designed to evaluate a candidate’s overall suitability for the program. After successful completion of the training, the selected trainees will appear for exclusive face-to-face interviews at Zoho Corporation.

Is this a paid course?
They don't charge any fees. Instead, we pay them a STIPEND of Rs.10,000/- per month throughout the course of study.
Can graduate women from other streams apply?
We prefer the trainee to have a basic understanding of Java or any Object-Oriented programming languages. You needn't have a degree in computer science, but you need to have done some programming work sometime in your career.
Is there a JOB assurance?
After successful completion of the training, the selected trainees will be invited to appear for an exclusive face-to-face interview at Zoho Corporation.
Can one RE-APPLY if they do not get shortlisted to join this course?
Yes, you can re-apply after a cooling-off period of 3 months, and aim to get selected for the bootcamp six months after the one you missed.
Can women who are currently employed apply?
Marupadi is exclusively for women who are currently unemployed and are waiting for the right comeback opportunity.
Will the trainees be asked to sign any BONDS?
