Company Secretary:
- A degree from a recognized University with Associate/Fellow Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- A degree in law (LLB) is desirable.
- Should be conversant with the works of the Company Secretary with the application of computer.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Public/Private Company
Duration: Initial engagement will be for 1 year to be renewed on satisfactory performance and is liable for termination from contractual service in the event of unsatisfactory performance.
Age Limit(As on 01 January 2024): Should not exceed 60 years
Salary: Rs. 60,000/-pm
