FSNL Recruitment 2023 notification announced for the post of Executive/Manager in various disciplines. There are 35 vacancies available for the job. Candidates with the qualification of B.E/B.Tech/MBA/PGDBA/CA/ICMA/Diploma is eligible to apply. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online. Operation/Maintenance(Mech/Elect):

Degree in Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics/Mining/ Metallurgical / Production Engg. from a recognized University/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE.
Diploma Holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.
Executive (E-0): Post-qualification experience of 1 year & above for Degree Holders and 3 years & above for Diploma Holders
Jr. Manager (E-1): Post-qualification experience of 3 years & above for Degree Holders and 6 years & above for Diploma Holders
Asst. Manager (E-2): Post-qualification experience of 4 years & above for Degree Holders & 7 Years & above for Diploma Holders.

Materials Management:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/Institution of Repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.

Finance & Accounts:

For Entry level of E-0/E-1 CA/ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university/Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.
For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE

Personnel & Admin:

Graduate in any discipline with A year MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University/Institution of repute/ Open and Distance Learning mode approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or a year’s Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE.
A degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE will be an added advantage.

Materials Management/F&A/P&A:

Executive (E-0): Post qualification experience of 1 yr & above
Jr. Manager (E-1): Post qualification experience of 3 yrs & above.
Asst. Manager (E-2): Post-qualification experience of 4 years & above.

Age Limit(As on 25 November 2023):

Age Relaxations: Upper Age Limit is relaxed by:

5 years for SC/ST
3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
Relaxations for Ex-servicemen category candidates are as per extant Govt. of India Guidelines.

Selection Process:

Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for a Written test / Personal Interview to be conducted at Corporate Office, FSNL Bhilai. FSNL may adopt higher criteria in case of receipt of more applicants meeting eligibility criteria.
The engagement offer shall be issued to suitable candidates in order of merit and based on the number of vacancies.
Engagement of selected candidates shall be subject to medical fitness tests as prescribed by FSNL.
