TNERC Recruitment 2021 – Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (TNERC) has announced a notification for the recruitment to the post of Personal Assistant/Assistant. There are 03 vacancies are to be filled for this posts. Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can apply on or before 30 September 2021. About TNERC: Consequent on the enactment of Electricity Regulatory Commissions (ERC) Act 1998 (Central Act No.14 of 1998) the Government of Tamil Nadu constituted Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (TNERC)vide G.O.Ms.No.58 Energy (A1) Department dated 17.3.1999. The Commission, with two of its members in place, started drafting the “Conduct of Business Regulations” and “State Advisory Committee Regulation” and collection of relevant details for the State Grid Code, Distribution Code, tariff filing guidelines etc.,

Educational Qualification:
Personal Assistant to Director (Engineering) :
- Graduate in any discipline. Engineering graduates are preferred. Should have passed English & Tamil Typewriting and shorthand by Senior Grade Should have 3 years of professional experience. Proficiency in Computer operation.
Assistant (Legal) :
- Graduate in Law. Should have passed Typewriting English Senior Grade. Should have 3 years of experience in Court Proceedings, Proficiency in Computer operation.
Assistant:
- Post Graduate in Commerce / ICWA / CA. Should have passed Typewriting English Senior Grade. Certification in GST Courses will be preferred. Should have 3 years of experience in Government Public Sector Undertakings /Reputed concern. Proficiency in Computer operation.
Age Limit: 25 years

- Mere fulfilling of eligibility criteria shall not bestow any right to be called for interview. Only short-listed candidates by the Commission shall be called for an interview.
