- BHM in Hotel Management
- B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management
- B.Tech/B.E. in Aviation

- Well versed with Movie synopsis and genre
- GRA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as “Miss”, “Sir”, and Ma’am”.
- GRA escorts VIPs and other affluent peoples to lounge areas and cinemas on their arrival.
- They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
