Detailed Eligibility:
Operations Quality & Standards Coordinator I (Data Analyst):
- Graduate Freshers – BSc, BCom, BA, BMS/BBA, BCA/BCS or equivalent
- Hands-on Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
- Possess strong analytical skills, be responsible for data analysis, QC and interpreting the same
- Knowledge running SQL queries and Python scripting would be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Required to be a team player but can also work independently
- Should be productive, self-driven, able to take ownership, prioritize and manage expectations
- Detail and process oriented
- Would be required to work on some weekends/holidays for a 3-4 hours based on business needs
Job Description
- Regular testing of target apps on smartphone by simulating actual user behavior
- Maintaining manual test records and analyze raw vs processed datasets
- Classification of raw datasets based on secondary research
- Work with internal stakeholders like Engineering/Tech Ops etc. on various projects
- Should be able to manage repository of logs and reports
- Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols
- Deliver quality services and ensure they are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications
- Other duties as assigned
