Selection Process for NHPC Careers:
- The selection process will be based on marks secured in ITI/Diploma/Graduation.
- The shortlisted candidates can be called for an interview if required, and an offer will be sent accordingly.
- The list of selected candidates will also be uploaded to the NHPC Limited website.
- The candidates shortlisted shall have to produce all original testimonials/certificates such as educational certificates, ITI/Diploma/Graduation mark sheets and certificates, caste certificate, domicile, Aadhar Card, PAN card, etc., at the time of verification.
- Upon joining, the candidate must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Govt. Estt.).

- Candidates will be selected based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, Performance in the Personal Interview and successful verification of their documents.
- The weightage of educational qualification, technical qualification, and personal interview shall be 20%, 40%, and 40%, respectively, for the final selection.
- The eligible and shortlisted candidates will be issued a call letter through the mail for an interview, intimating the date/time and venue.
