  • One Year Experience as Senior Resident in Oto-Rhino Laryngology (ENT) in a NMC Recognized Medical College after acquiring Post Graduate Degree.
  • Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicin

Assistant Professor in Reproductive Medicine:

  • Pass in Bachelor of Cardio Vascular Technology (BCVT) course or its equivalent from a recognized University or Diploma in Cardio Vascular Technology (DCVT) course with 2 years experience in Government Medical Colleges/ SCTIMST/Government Health Services/ Central Government Institutions including Hospital in the Defence Sector/Railway/ESI.
  • Kerala Paramedical Council Registration

Optometrist Gr.II:

  • Pass in Pre – degree with Physics, Chemistry and Biology OR Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as optional subjects or equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistants Course (2 Years) conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or equivalent qualification.

Laboratory Assistant: Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University

Agricultural Assistant Grade II:

  • Diploma in Agriculture/Diploma in Organic Agriculture awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University.
  • In the absence of qualified hands, under item (i) above (ii) Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate in Agriculture
  • Good Physique.

Agricultural Assistant Grade II (By Transfer):

  • Diploma in Agricultural Science awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University or its equivalent. OR
  • Pass in SSLC with Agriculture as optional subject or its equivalent. OR
  • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent and a recognized training in Agriculture. OR
  • SSLC and KGTE in agriculture

Overseer Grade III:

  • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
  • National Trade Certificate awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training in the trade Draftsman (Civil/Mechanical) after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent. OR
  • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
  • Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical issued by Government of Kerala after the completion of two years course or its equivalent.

Technical Assistant (X-ray):

  • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification.
  • Certified Radiological Assistants Course conducted by the Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram or any other qualification recognized by Government as equivalent thereto.
  • Three years’ experience as Radiographer from any Medical College Hospital,District Hospital or Medical Institution recognized by Government.

High School Teacher (Kannada):

  • A Degree in Kannada and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR
  • A Title of Oriental Learning in Kannada awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such Title has been declared as equivalent to part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher’s Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

Lineman:

  • Minimum General Qualification of S.S.L.C standard. and
  • Certificate in Electrical Engineering after having undergone a course of study of not less than one year from an Institution recognized by Government (Qualification in Electrical Engineering are specified under Note – 1 below) OR
  • City and Guilds Examination in Electrical Engineering London Institute in A.C of the Intermediate Grade (Certificate awarded after 31.3.1985 will not be accepted) OR
  • M.G.T.E or K.G.T.E Certificate (Higher) in Electrical Light and Power. OR
  • Grade III Certificate as Electrician or Lineman from War Technical Training Centre.

Pump Operator/Plumber:

  • A pass in standard VII (new).
  • National Trade Certificate in Plumbing.

Last Grade Servants: Should have passed Standard VII and should not have acquired graduation.

Assistant Surgeon / Casualty Medical Officer:

  • Degree in Modern Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Must Possess valid Registration with Travancore Cochin Medical Council.

Junior Public Health Nurse Grade II:

  • S.S.L.C
  • Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (revised course of 18 months) issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council OR
  • Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate/Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery Certificate (revised course) issued by an authority recognised by the Indian Nursing Council. OR
  • Health Workers Training Certificate issued by the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
  • Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.

Driver Cum-Office Attendant:

  • A pass in Standard VII ( Redundant qualification III forum ).
  • Must posses Valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor Vehicles with Drivers Badge.
  • Proficiency in Driving-Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor vehicles which is to be proved by a practical Test including ‘T’ test and Road test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission during the course of selection.
  • Only those who have passed ‘T’ test are eligible for road test.

Assistant Professor in Cardiology:

  • DM/DNB (Cardiology)
  • Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine

Higher Secondary School Teacher Gandhian Studies/Journalism:

  • Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by a University in Kerala.
  • B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala.
  • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala.
  • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in item (i) and (ii) above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.
  • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test for the post of Higher Secondary School Teachers conducted by Government of Kerala or by the agency authorized by the State Government.

Motor Transport Inspector:

  • A Degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Government of Kerala
  • Post qualification experience for a period of not less than 5 years in a major Registered Automobile workshop having not less than 50 employees of which not less than three years should be as an Assistant Engineer or its equivalent post and the same shall be one acquired after the date of registration of the work shop. The experience should be in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have valid current Heavy Duty Licence for driving.

Scientific Assistant (Physiotherapy): A pass in the Pre-University or equivalent qualification with the training given to Physiotherapy Assistant Class- II in Armed Forces.

Excise Inspector (Trainee): Must possess B.A, B.Sc or B.Com Degree of any recognized University or its equivalent. In the case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum qualification shall be SSLC.

Manager: B.Sc (Forestry) or B.Tech Forestry from a recognized University

Agricultural Officer: Agricultural Officer A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture of recognized University

Assistant:

  • Must have completed 3(Three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited and should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment.
  • Graduation from a recognized University with JDC/HDC. OR
  • Bcom with Co-Operation OR
  • B.Sc (Co Operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University

High School Teacher (Urdu/Arabic/Tamil):

  • A Degree in Arabic or a degree with Tamil/Urdu/Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. OR

  • A Degree in the concerned subject and B.Ed/BT in the concerned subject both conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. (Concerned subjects are specified in Note (ii) below. )
  • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala

Pharmacist Gr-II (Homoeo):

  • Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
  • A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala / A pass in Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
