Detailed Eligibility for HMT Careers:
Executive:
- LLB with minimum 60% and above marks from a recognized university in regular stream (50% for SC/ST).
- Experience: Min One year working experience in any manufacturing organization in relevant field.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience with HMT.
Duration: Two years or Completion of project- whichever is earlier
Age Limit (As on 01 August 2024): 30 years

Salary: A consolidated remuneration of Rs.16,500/- pm and Rs.17,300/- pm during the first and the second year of engagement, respectively. Applicable statutory deductions and TDS shall apply for all positions.

Detailed Eligibility for HMT Careers:
Deputy Engineer (Mechanical)
- Engineering graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical from a recognized institution/University.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 60% mark (aggregate marks of all semesters), relaxed to 50% (aggregate marks of all semesters) for SC/ST candidates.
- Additional qualification of MBA/PGDBM with relevant subject is preferable.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial experience from the Machine Tools industry in Servicing, Commissioning, and Assembly for GPM & CNC Machines.
- Should have good knowledge of conventional & CNC Milling machines and their end users
- Should be conversant in technical and commercial aspects.
- Candidates having relevant work experience in Machine Tools only need to apply and have experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd/ any machine tools Industry will be given preference.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Teaching experience will not be considered.
Deputy Engineer (Electronics):
- Engineering graduate/postgraduate in Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institution/University.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 60% mark (aggregate marks of all semesters), relaxed to 50% (aggregate marks of all semesters) for SC/ST candidates.
- Additional qualification of MBA/PGDBM with relevant subject is preferable.
Post Qualification Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial experience in the Machine Tools industry in APPLICATION WORK, JOB TRAILS, TENDER SUBMISSION IN-HOUSE JOB TRAILS.
- Should have good knowledge of conventional & CNC milling machines and their end users.
- Should be conversant in technical and commercial aspects.
- Candidates having relevant work experience in Machine Tools only need to apply and experience with HMT Machine Tools Ltd/ any Machine Tools Industry will be given preference.
- Proficiency in computer skills

Tenure: The selected candidates will be engaged for a fixed tenure of a maximum of 4 (FOUR) years from the date of engagement.
